Terms and conditions NU review

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions of sale only apply to goods purchased through distance sales, in particular through the nureview.org website.

2. Offer

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and / or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable the consumer to make a proper assessment of the offer. All images used provide a true representation of the products offered.

Each offer contains all the necessary information to know rights and obligations that a purchase entails. In particular: the price including VAT, delivery costs, method of payment, delivery, the right of withdrawal.

3. Orders

The customer will receive confirmation of order and payment. Goods are shipped as soon as NU review has received confirmation of payment.

4. Payment

To the price of the product 6% VAT will added, according to Belgian law. There is a separate delivery charge, which differs depending on the country from which the customer orders. Delivery costs are indicated separately in the final invoice of the product. The customer can pay by credit card. All account information is dealt by Stripe, the payment provider of SquareSpace, which hosts the website. All payment information can be found again on the page of the final invoice.

5. Delivery

The purchased products are delivered in the countries appearing in the dropdown menu. Products are delivered by the customer no later than 30 days after ordering. If this does not happen, the customer has the right to cancel the order.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83 / EU, the customer has the right to withdraw from a consumer contract or asking for a refund of the product bought without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of delivery of the product.

7. Privacy

All data that customers transfer in the context of their remote purchase is registered and stored in accordance with the GDPR-AVG Directive (EU2016 / 679). Customers are given the option at any time to delete, change or object their data via e-mail: nureview.org@gmail.com

7. Force majeure
